I came across this site while investigating various health related issues. I've never been overweight in the past but since having my baby last year I've put on a whopping 28 pounds and no matter what diet I do, can't budge it.
I have a family function coming up in November and I want to be back to my former self for that. So after reading many encouraging stories on this site, I've decided to go for the juice option, and hope to improve my health as well as drop the pounds.
I'm starting tomorrow, so please wish me luck!!!!! I thought that by writing it may help me to not stray along the way :)

Height: 5' 2"
Weight: 160 pounds (yikes!!!)
General health: Quite poor, bad backache since having the baby, congested skin
