I do the Master-Cleanse 4 times a year, in the month the season changes. Four times a year is recommended by Burroughs. It doesn't matter how long each Master-Cleanse is, but four times a year is the preferred amount of times according to Peter Glickman. I eat mostly raw the rest of the time. Raw is yummy if you get some good books. Lots of good food that taste like desserts but are so good you can eat them for a meal. You can do a ton of things with avocados, bananas, coconut oil and raw carob nibs and nuts. I am also starting to crave my green drinks. Its funny at first, spirulina, barley grass and superfoods are weird tasting, but they grow on you. Aloha, K
