I found your interpretation enlightening.
Clearly "something" is trying to be confined or used inappropiately.

Since the dreamer didn't agree with the sex kitten idea, I looked at the
image of a kitten and have to agree with Malacoma. The feelings I get from
viewing a kitten are vulnerability, curiousity, and playfulness.
Perhaps the dreamer is being too serious/practical? Or fearful of appearing vulnerable? Even considered that the dreamer may have recently stopped
some "playful" activity, (as in raising children) and felt badly about it.

Well dreamer, what say you?
