I see, hanna, and as always, I've learned something from you. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I truly do appreciate it. I've tried to absorb the ayurvedic stuff from the http://www.askshelley.com site but my brain is still so foggy, confused and forgetful for some reason it's too confusing for me right now......:( I would love to understand it better and feel really stupid that I can't grasp it. I have to keep it simple now and perhaps later I will be able to absorb more, it just seem so complicated for me now. Oh well, right now I just continue to flush every 2 weeks or so and eat right....will try to add alkalizing foods/drinks into my diet but I need to lose weight badly.......so far, no cigar :( but i keep eating healthfully and watching my portions and exercising and flushing and pray for the day it all turns around......it is beginning to via good lab results. the best is yet to come, I say :) I'm hanging in for the long haul more so now since the good labs and I know it is working :) It's surprising to see anti flushing and pro flusing on the same website......it really confused me......but I'm so glad you responded and I will continue to flush without worry as it does seem to agree with me for the most part the only difficulty as you know was keeping the oil down but I'm experimenting now with different oils and I add the ginger and aloe vera powder which really seems to help with digestion for me :) along with the HCl.......the hcl alone was apparently not enough for me.......

Congratulations with all of your health accomplishments........you must really feel and look great now.......be proud of yourself there are so many people out there that have succomb to permanent disability as a result of the BIG PHARMA and DOCTORS.....uff, it sickens me but I try to promote alternative health every chance I get and use people such as yourself, Telman, Charly and others who have really turned major illnesses around, as examples.

It's really great we have this forum to help one another on our own personal healing journeys.
