Re: liver flush question to wombat

Have just done my 7th Liver Flush last night. Drinking of Epsom Salts didn't bring on bm but 30mins after drinking my 2nd glass of ES I did an enema and that emptied my bowels (Andreas' book says do enema at 9.30pm, I did mine at 8.30pm just because there isn't much time between doing enema and doing the olive oil/grapefruit juice mixture). Do you know if doing the enema an hour early would have spoilt the process in some way.

The other thing that confuses me is this: I did lie still for first 3 hours before getting up to visit the toilet, but afterwards I lay on my right side (but did not tuck my knees up) and then on my back and back on my right side again. I don't know if I should have lay still in one position even though I couldn't sleep. What do you think.
