Re: Can anyone help me please?
Unfortunately there is no easy answer to this question. Even among ozone enthusiasts, there are differences of opinion when it comes to breathing ozone. Here is my take on the whole "breathing ozone" thing. If you have an ozonator and it is irritating you and making you cough and wheez, then it is probably too much *for you* at this time. But in my opinion, the ozone is merely doing it's job by detoxifying the crud that has built up in your lungs. Over time, you would surely be able to tolerate it easier.
In fact, I use a fairly high powered ozone air purifier in my office. When I first started using it, there was a little lung irritation, coughing, etc. But now I barely even notice it. I attribute this to my lungs becoming cleaner so there is less crud to burn up and make me cough.
Now, granted, I WOULD NOT inhale medical grade ozone, because that surely would hurt your lungs. But a room ozonator to purify the air isn't going to be so strong to burn your lung tissue. As for water ozonating, I enjoy taking a few whiffs of the ozone bubbling out of the cup. It seems to give my immune system a boost. Of course that's highly subjective. Others here may discourage breathing ozone of any kind. This is just my two cents....
