Newbie to Liver Flush

Several guys at work have done the Clarke method. A couple of weeks ago my wife (30yrs old) had an ultrasound and found she had gallstones. She has had a few attacks that last for 20 mins or so. What causes the pain? Is it the stones moving around in the gallbladder or getting stuck in a passage?

I've convinced her to do the flush, surprisingly, because she will have trouble getting the concoctions down for sure. She struggles taking pills sometimes. I told her I would do it with her though.

I was wondering, will this flush necessarily get the Gallstones on of the gall bladder or just the stones in the liver? Will it take several flushes to clean the gallbladder out typically?

Thanks for your help and opinions
JP
