yes, a pretty tough time
let's face it most of us had in order to do flushes :)
now they seem so normal to me LOL
but i remember how long it took me to actually do one in the beginning
yes, i haven't had a good blood test since the fertility treatment which has been in the past 3 years
even my last one 3 mos ago showed my insulin to be high and my thyroid had bottomed out and now the dr. has decreased my armour thyroid by 20grams....
also, my cholesterol (it wasn't an issue) but it also dropped 30 points!
now, i will continue flushing and pray that once i get to that magical number that I will begin to lose weight and clear my foggy head and regain my energy and strength in time :)
but it just proves that flushing works.
i remember reading everyone elses testimonials and how they've turned their health around and this is the first big news since my 4th flush when my sinus' opened up and i could breath through my nose! LOL
I'm very happy and hopeful for a full recovery in time
