i no longer take a multi vitamin but when i did it was "garden of life's" living multi. its 100% food based, and very complete. i have a sensitive tummy and it was the only multi i ever took that my stomach had no problems with whatsoever. i have tried many, but that one was easily the best.

i have heard a lot of great things about a product called "pure synergy" its a green powder packed with lots of nutrients. it expensive, but it looks good, tho i have never personally tried it.
