Good Info Above

The previous poster gave you good info. You might want to read Stanley Burroughs book. It is available online. Previous posts have listed the web page. You should also read through as many of the old posts as possible. There is some valuable information from many who have done numerous cleanses.

Stanley Burroughs says "Extra water should be taken as desired". I find it hard to drink the amount of water on the Master-Cleanse that I normally drink. One half your weight in ounces is a good rule to follow if you are eating food, buy on the cleanse, by all means drink, but don't force it just to follow a number.

I also was diagnosed with Hasimoto's disease, which is what I think you are referring to about your own anti-bodies attacking your thyroid. I had huge goiters in my neck by the time it was discovered. They started me off on .75 thyroid medicine. After a few years I urged another Dr. to reduce it to .25 (as I couldn't find the natural, I live overseas). Then after reading curezone, and doing numerous MCs and liver flushes, I stopped taking the medicine altogether.

Read Owens page. Just type in Owen in the Curezone google search. Look for his topic on the thyroid. It has excellent information. I have added raw miso daily, kelp, seaweed, spirulina, barleygrass (alternating them daily) to my diet. I have no problems now whatsoever. I hope this helps you. Aloha
