hmm. no casein, but gelatin. gelatin = animal source :-(

Maybe agar agar, intead.


sounds worth trying.

**here's another idea:
in some asian stores I see frozen coconut meat, grated. It's the real stuff, soft and nothing added. I use it in pastas and curries sometimes, and it's delicious.

This would probably be great to blend up and add the agar agar to.

(PS I *like* nutitional yeast--maybe try Bob's Red Mill large flaked)
I've tried others I did *not* like. And I can't bear brewer's yeast.
