Change in the air....

Hi MH, (and anyone and everyone)

I thought your previous post would be about a different kind of change, so I would like to ask your opinion on this kind of change.......

It is now the middle of September and the weather down here is changing from the upper 90's and 125% humidity to a little bit cooler.....thank goodness. We all can quit sweating like pigs for awhile.

But, this time of year is when people down here have sinus headaches and are stopped up and I have noticed, a little more irritable...probably because they have sinus headaches and are stopped up. It must be everywhere because on TV, the allergy/sinus medicine is all over the place.

I know when the seasons are changing, it brings on problems....but I think this hasn't always been the case. What, in your opinion, is the problem and what can WE do to NOT develop these symptoms? Share your wisdom.
