scared and stuck !

I have done 5 flushes, but my Acne seems to of got worse slowly since i started flushing, i started a kidney cleanse but only lasted a couple of days. I will need to start this again. But i am scared to do the next flush, my anxiety is out of control! I have been doing colonics before and after each flush so i should be getting rid of toxins, i think my hormones are playing up.
