kidney pain through epsom salt???

Hi

Since my 1. liverflush I have pain in the kidneys and lower back. What can be reasons of this?
I did 3 enemas after the flush, so a stucked liverstone in the bowel can’t be a reason, or?

I read lots of statements from Andreas Moritz and he ever suggested Epsom Salt is very safe. But I’m not sure…why I got this pains, when it’S so safe? Some people also say it weakens the kidneys.

What can I do for the kidneys, only drinking lots of water? That I still do….

I worried if I take Epsom Salt for my next flush again. Probably I try magnesium citrat instead.
Does mg citrat also weakens the kidneys? Has anybody experience with mg citrat instead mg sulfat?

I also read that some people do the flushes wihout any kind of mg. But i think its a problem, that the stones does not come out of the bowel so fast. and also the liver would not be relaxed.
Also it’s a problem that you don’t see the stones coming out after the flush, because the bowel is not empty.

what are the effects of doing it without mg? what are the pros and cons? are there some side-effects? does it lower the results?

Regards
peter
