I know this forum is for fasting for weight loss but I think you guys should be a little careful. Fasting is a form of detoxification and you should be really careful what you put into your body while fasting. Personally I think coffee, black tea, dairy, soda, brand-name juices, are an awful idea.

Just try to play it safe. Health *should* be the ultimate goal.
