I'm starting a 10-Day Water (only) fast Monday and I was curious of how the body begins to form? I know one loses inches and weight in general; but what did you notice first? Smaller stomach, breast reduction, thighs slimmer? Please share.
My objective about this fast:
1. To lose 20-25 lbs fasting (1/2 the weight I need to lose)
2. Clarity of mind
3. A renewed relationship with the Lord
4. A fresh start with eating healthy
5. Cleaner system
6. TO LOOK GOOD IN ALL MY CUTE CLOTHS!
