cluster water|? and a saftey question about bowel

how does everyone feel about cluster water aka the water with a high alkaline?


also, I just started taking my Bowel Cleanse pill last night. today |I am drained of energy and passing a lot of mucus |(is this normal? I started the Bowel Cleanse because of acid reflux so I guess that stuff needs to come out now...but someone assure me)
just need to know for saftey measures
