Clusterwater? and a saftey question

how does everyone feel about cluster water aka the water with a high alkaline? is that just as good as the mix or is the mix like this but better because of the vitamins
also Im wondering if it is safe for me to take the drink right now as I just started taking my bowel cleanse pill last night. today |I am drained of energy and passing a lot of mucus |(is this normal? I started the bowel cleanse because of acid reflux so I guess that stuff needs to come out now...but someone assure me)
just need to know for saftey measures
