Today was all right :) I'm happy that I had two BMs in the past couple days. I think that aloe vera juice is doing it for me. And pear juice. hehe. I think I'm overindulging in fruit juices so I should have vegetable juice tomorrow. What do you all juice? My juicer isn't that great so I can't do the leafy greens. Usually I'm stuck with celery, carrots, cucumbers.... haven't tried peppers yet.
So far I lost about seven lbs- which is pretty good. My blood pressure was kind of low this morning. I just hope my body feels good enough to go another 11 days, lol.
