Redicolous Spider bites(pics included)

about a week ago i noticed some bumps on my leg. i took nothing of it. a couple days they start itching(monday), so like a dummy i scratched them, but when one of them turned red(below, not all were photographed, it costs money to send them from my phone to my computer, sorry.) there's about 11 grand total on bolth of my legs, and they constantly itch.
ive been putting lanicane, alcohol, peroxide, and now i called my aunt who's a rn and she said wash it twice a day with anti-bacterial soap. But when i woke up this morning, i noticed lots and lots of small little white bumps around the area where i was bitten and two more bites, one on my hand between my tumb and index finger, towards the back and one of my stomace. so i guess i am asking for any information you can give me as to what did this, how it happend,the best ways of going about curing it and most importantly, how to get rid of this damn spider who keeps attacking me.. any/and or all responses will be greatly appreciated. thank you for reading,
