really rather suicidal

so. i've had what i assume is pinworms basically my entire life. doctors think i'm nuts. family thinks i'm nuts.
i cannot gain weight. i'm exhausted, sick, bruised, depressed, hungry, constantly. horrible itching. seen the damn things. not, i repeat, not nuts.
terribly shameful about it. and not to make this a suicide hotline or anything, but i really very much need help with it.
i've ordered "puristat," a colon cleanser, and am hoping that works. i am also going to try "clarkia." i am asking this community which i should try first, and what to expect. please tell me they will actually work. and if they're not going to, what will?
the medical community has been of absolutely no help to me. i'm at my wits end.
