No, it was real raw sauerkraut, cabbage salt and lactic bacterias starter.

It seemed to stimulate the bowels too much.

I'm outside the US (Quebec).

Anyway right now I prefer to avoid all vegetables.

I'm trying to reduce microbial populations as much as possible to then introduce EM-1 mother culture in slowly increasing amounts. Tweet
