I was wondering if it's absolutely necessary to drink OO (Olive-Oil) at 10:00pm and then sleep all night afterwards or is that just done for convenience? In other words, would it be okay to move the time up to the afternoon/early evening? Then, after drinking OO (Olive-Oil) at, say, 6pm, lay down for an hour or two, then get up and resume activity (light activity, nothing heavy or stressful)?
