If you feel like working out, then work out. If not, then don't. Let your body guide you. You don't want to over-exert yourself, but getting a little exercise is going to keep things flowing and get toxins out of your system. If you don't feel like working out, go for a short walk around the block.

I usually take it easy for the first couple days though because they really wipe me out.
