Yup, just a smidge in the pan to keep it from sticking. No salt or pepper. I also considered the fact that the yolk was what I REALLY wanted and chalked it up to some type of "blood lust" (for lack of a better term) I just took some of your "motor oil" and some longevity plant fats, so we'll see what happens. Thanks all!!
