agreed... you have to remember that if you have a plugged up gut...the ACV has to get past all of the acidic backup first.
I would try it with juice...
1/2 glass of apple juice
1/2 glass of grape juice
Add a dash of cinnamon
Add a dash of cayenne
then add in a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
Drink it on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before you eat your meals. This will give your acv to start working on breaking down food in your gut. It is kind of like a draino in the sink kind of action...if the blockage is in the sink...there is going to be some fizzies...
I would also drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water each day to help move food more quickly.
With three or four of those glasse, I would add a pinch of unrefined Sea Salt . This will move food through your body efficiently and effectively...
