All valid points, but this list has left out the 2 most important ones IMO.

NO PERSON has the right to make this decision for another person. Informed, adult consent I would have thought was pretty much a constitutional right.

No mention of the multi million dollar industry that circumcision has brought about. No, not talking about medico's incomes here, but the value of foreskin harvesting to the skin growinh industry - a single foreskin can be used to make vast quantities of skin in laboratories which sells for huge bucks.

The US has a proud tradition of corporate profits overriding personal wellbeing, which would explain it having the highest rate of non-religious circumcision in the world. It's enthusiastic use of medicine by gunpoint stands testament to this, so what hope does a defenceless infant have?
