Oh-HO! You got hit by the *Liver Gremlins* :-)..

..Hi Numbers :-),

You're reminding me..
I lost it once and it was with someone in a public place, too 8~0! (This was many years ago now)

It took me awhile that day to make the connection that I had just had a session of Liver acupuncture, lol.
I didn't worry about it though, since the recipient of this occurrence was being deliberately obnoxious and really needed to hear it :-), lol.

When your liver is clearing out, sometimes you get what you get..

Based upon your first post in this thread, here are a couple of suggestions.

*First and IMO most important*:
Ozonated water *or* 3-5 drops of foodgrade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in a 20 oz glass of water (On an empty stomach) can make a sharp and immediately perceptible difference in your emotional state and the quality of your thoughts, if the problem is due to lack of Oxygen.

Folks don't breathe well when stressed and both stress and lack of Oxygen will acidify the body, which will exacerbate the problem of -you got it- stress.
The Oxygen Support forum will be the place to check for this.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy if you have access to a good bodyworker.
Anyone who has completed even the 1st phase of the Upledger training will know about the "Triangle of Compression/Depression" (Sphenoid, Occiput and Sacrum), and how any of these 3 points being compressed can produce nonspecific Depression.

Bach flower remedies. They can do tremendous good, Rescue Remedy would be my first choice there. Mustard would be my second, without an analysis.

IMHO if you try the foodgrade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (Make sure it is on an empty stomach, and *leave* it empty for at least 20 minutes after), it will be a real eye-opener for you.

Please post back your results if you act on these.

Thanks and Good Health,

Ladylove :-)
