I've done 2 weeks back to back on #2 with #1 and am going to do 2 more weeks at the end of my Master Cleanse. I've yet to get out the mucoid black stuff.

So, yes you can do a week (5 days) and then do something else, but I think it takes some serious cleaning for many people, like me.

I recently called the company to see how long #2 can be taken. One operator told me 2 weeks and said the Incurables Program comes with a 2 week #2 program (I'm paraphrasing, here..). I knew my results and so I called back and a different operator led me to believe I could do more. After I ran out of #2 I started taking clay & psyllium for a while. Still no mucoid black stuff yet.

It all depends how much cleaning you have to do. 5 days works for some. Others compare cleaning to an onion where there are layers that you peel off over time.

If I were you I'd do the Bowel Cleanse first and then start liver flushing. Over in the Liver Flush Forum you'll see lots of us do more than one liver cleanse, too. I had to add chinese herbs and malic acid to my liver/gallbladder flushing to get out a large green stone and some smaller green stones. (Without those I was getting tan stuff mostly.) Now I'm Master Cleansing so that maybe this time when I do the other cleanses they'll be more effective.
