Interested in hearing what you all think of the raw vegan diet? This is where you eat only raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts/seeds. Of course there are so many variations of this diet, based on what can be included or left out such as sprouted grains, dehydrated foods, fermented foods, etc...that conversations around this can be endless. I have been doing the diet for 8 years on and off, and I'm absolutely loving it! I know it has saved my life many times over, it allows me to have abundant energy so I can do my business and homeschool my three kids, and I believe it keeps me from aging.
