Coffee Enema Problems

You may not be expelling all of the coffee and or toxins released by it and it is making you acidic. coffee enemas can cause acidity, especially if you are low in alkaline reserves. If you have other signs of acidity It may be wise to adress acid/alkaline balance. If you continue to do coffee enemas make sure that you do a cleansing enema afterwards to clear out any residue add 2 tablespoons of pure bicarbonate of soda to 2 quart enema to alkalinize the insides. If you are indeed low in alkaline reserves this should be addressed.
