the skin is the largest, and probably the most neglected organ of the body. What the liver and kidneys cant filter/process , the skin does.
grapefruits are a great cleanser...citrus cuts grease and toxins.
Lots of water is the best thing for the skin
as well as exfoliating , saunas and steambaths.
If saunas and steams aren't available,taking hot-cold,hot-cold showers exercises the pores, opening and closing them. I learned this method while dating a very beautiful nun...hah
I would think the grapefruit diet would be a good one for 3 days. yum!
I haven't reviewed extensively, yet peeling the grapefruit like an apple, leaving the white pith below the skin is the best way to eat citrus.
