Cure for child development delay (cerebral palsy)

Hello,
My son George is 3 years old and he's having developmental delayed. (He's not speaking or walking yet). We did all kind of exams, X-rays, MRI, & tests and all results were positive. We're interested in a cure or (vitamins, herbs) that will help to treat this problem and help our son George to walk & talk.
Please help.
