I need some major help on something that can get me to have a bowel movement!

I've been fasting on a lemon cleanse for 10 days and just recently switched over to juice instead because I couldn't stand the lemon juice anymore and I was always hungry. I haven't had a bowel movement since the laxative tea I drank 7 days ago, and I'm starting to get worried. I don't want to take anymore lax teas because they aren't good for you, the Salt Water Flush doesn't work and I've tried it twice, and I can't afford to do a colonics. I don't know what else to do to get myself to have regular, every day, bowel movements! I'm really worried that I could have a lot of stuff still stuck up there that just isn't coming out and that is becoming more and more toxic as I speak. I really need some advice from someone, because the other methods I've tried, haven't worked, and the only one that did work, the lax tea, gave me really bad gas, bloating, cramping, and sick feelings until all of the tea was out of my system. I really don't know what to do and am worried sick. Someone please help!!!

I also really wanted to know why you have to drink water at room temperature while on a fast. What is the significance? Why CAN'T you drink it cold? Could something seriously go wrong or something? Does it really make that big of a difference if you drink it cold vs. room temp.?

P.S. This is my first time fasting, so you can understand that I probably don't know everything there is to know, like what P&B shakes are or what it stands for and certain herbs and stuff that might help me out. I thank everyone in advance that can help me solve this problem!!! :)
