Re: Cancer and Hope

Here is a summary of the healing methods that I used to reverse the cancer diagnosis:

Facing the fear
Feeling the fear
Transforming the fear through meditation
Praying for the confidence I would need to heal it.
Beginning to slow down, eat a Macrobiotic diet, get acupuncture and herbs
Quit my job and travel in Peru, so that I could live cheaply and give myself the time I needed to heal.
Looked at the emotional issues connected to that part of my body. Worked on releasing those negative emotions from my head and my body.
Stayed focused on being very positive.
Bathed in the energy of pure love and hope.
