as far as i know you can get a bridge or partials, so take your pick. if bridges are done well, they teeth should be fine. it is best to check them every 10 yrs and sometimes replace them at that time. i suggest you get a valplast flipper. yes, bone loss can occur. just make sure you go to a biologic dentist who does cavitations.
