Lapis

Maybe deep down in my spirit somewhere Lapis I have realized exactly what you have said and this is why I'm no longer a, 'get up and go to church every Sunday' kind of person. Every religion that I have dabbled in, I have eventually strayed from and now just feel more comfortable not being apart of any. It sure helps to hear what others think though. I do believe when you speak of 'mind control' in the religions because I exp. that first hand when I was a teenager at home w/parents. The parents were so brainwashed that it almost permanently affected our relationships in a negative way. So I know this is very true.
