Omigosh! I just re-read the Introduction to 'Wishcraft'!

I am gasping once more. All my struggles to get on top of things this past few years were unnecessary.

The basic A, B, C's, like momma never knew, are all right there in 'Wishcraft', the product of one bright lady who learned what it takes, by doing.

I love that she says that we don't have to 'change' ourselves to get all we want...that 'change' may not be possible.

...And that which we truly love is what we are gifted at.

...And that the world needs our gifts.

In one of Barbara's videos, "How to Create Your Second Life After Forty...or Anytime," she says something like this to the audience, "The world needs your unique gifts. You can't leave without sharing them. I've taken down your names...and I know where you live."

Since I first did a double-take at seeing her on public television (What did she just say?!), I've thought Barbara must be a shaman leprechaun.

And, what a writer! The first time through Wishcraft, I felt she was sitting across my kitchen table, writing the pages and handing them to me to read. http://www.wishcraft.com

fledgling (a would-be writer)
