What would YOU think? Is this Herpes? I've read symptoms but want some feedback

Hi,
I am familiar with symptoms of Herpes and what an outbreak may look like or appear as....

I have NEVER had any outbreak on my vulva or inside my labia before. I have red hair and fair skin so I do have sensitive skin.

I have been getting a few pus filled bumps on my inner thighs and a few around the upper thigh. I have gotten an actual pimple on my outer labia before but they are few and far between and pretty rare... meaning I popped them and a hard white ball came out much like regular acne. I had one on my outer left labia and when i squeezed it it hurt (of course any pimple would hurt on a sensitive part of the body due to pressure built up under the skin) a large white hard ball came out, so i presume this may have been a whitehead.

Right now, I walk alot because i dont have a car.
My first inclination is to think this break out on my skin is from infected hair follicles and also because I am rubbing my legs a lot along with exposure to heat and when I walk. Sometimes wearing jeans can do this also or if i wear a skirt my inner thighs rub together and this can irritate my skin.

I did have a tinea or fungus on my upper thigh once next to the groin area - the skin was flaky and itchy but no clusters of bumps , my doctor diagnosed this and had me put on Lamisil and Hydrocortisone and this helped and it has gone away.

would you think my situation should be of any concern?
