very very interesting...I too thought about the skin as having/needing an acid mantle; all the stuff we've been told and sold. Maybe Invincible will R the main posts

It all makes perfectly elegant sense! A classic example of not everything is as it seems. And here's the thing...this skin information makes it easy to see that halfway-measures with alkalizing will only net no real results, or worse...bad results.
This explains why people really do begin to "need" the products they buy.


I used to use a product with alpha-hydroxy and even sunscreen in it! Daily. It was expensive too. About 15.00 a month. Now, I put one drop of walnut oil on my face when it's wet,and that's all the moisturizer I need.
