It sounds to me like you DESPERATELY need to do a COMPLETE Colon Cleanse before you think about liver flushing.

I'm not talking about a week or two of 'magical concoctions', I'm talking about REAL cleaning of the lining of your intestinal tract, which will be evidenced by having 2-3 normal bowel movements daily (peanut butter/soft serve ice cream consistency, with no straining).

A series of colonics with a trained hydrotherapist
(or combinations of the above, or similar products)

(with ample pure water) and ultimately a diet and lifestyle change that will prevent the intestinal tract and colon from being "recontaminated" with junk.

Of course, if you're in a place where you are experiencing extreme liver symptoms (jaundice, pain, gallbladder attacks) then one must Liver Flush before cleansing the colon thoroughly.

But it's always better to clean the colon first whenever possible.
