Re: how to Cure EZCEMA in 3-4 years old CHILD?

Our daughter had terrible eczema for a year. We finally got rid of it using Bio-K+, a little tub of "super-yogurt," about 100 times more live lactobacteria cultures than regular yogurt. We also discovered which foods she is allergic to, as eczema is primarily caused by food allergies . The big 5 allergens are:

Wheat
Dairy
Eggs
Citrus
Corn

It's hard to avoid the above, because it seems they're in everything. But it can be done.

If you use the Bio K+, and avoid the above allergens, your son's eczema will almost certainly get better. But if any of his allergens are other than the above, you can discover the most likely culprits by asking yourself "which foods does he crave?" Kids (and adults too, for that matter) always crave the foods they are allergic to. My daughter had a problem with honey and beets, both of which she loved. She could put away any quantity of beets.

Good luck, and let us know how you make out!
