I sort of am sitting on the fence regarding the flushes. I see from your posts going back a year and a half that you started out a believer. From what I gather you have done over a hundred flushes. If there was an award for Mr. Superflush I would support your claim to it. I can see that you don't buy into the theory of stones being produced in the liver. Do you think there are any health benefits to the flush? Do you think anything but bile is being expelled from the liver/gallbladder such as toxins of any sort? Did you notice any changes/improvements in health symptoms over the course of the 18 months?
