Please, I need feed back about MICRO CURRENT FREQUENCY GENERATOR made by "Globalwellness"

Hi to everyone here.
I am a new here but I have reed a lot.

i just got this rife frequency generator machine, but

I am little confused because this "micro current frequency generator" from Global Wellness" says it is an ADVANCE RIFE technology?

And I can not see how I can input higher frequencies in this machine, it shows 599 chanels. the instructions says it has preloaded programs, but I could not find one for Autism, so i want to try some of the rife frequencies, i have hard time understanding this particular unit.......please help!!!!!!!!!!

please any feed back in this particular model.
