Hello - the main differences between HUMAWORM and other parasite cleansers are #1 our herbs are ground fresh, hand weighed and hand packed THE DAY they are shipped to you. This is very important because the fresher the herbs - the more potent the cleanse. Think of it like this - trying to cook a dish with old herbs that have been sitting in bottles in the cabinet above your stove for a year is not as good as the same dish cooked with fresh herbs (or new bottles of the same herb).
