Lymphoma Question...

Quick question for all of you guru's out there...How is Lymphoma found...I know that there is something in your bloodwork that can show signs...Had some back pains and now that this youngster pitcher from Boston was diagnosed with lymphoma I am getting worried, I recently had bloodwork, Spine, Abdomen and Chest x-rays done and there were no signs of enlarged lymph nodes, so I am pretty sure that I am OK....just makes you wonder a little doesn't it...
