I eat the occasional steamed greens. And I also let myself have a cookie on my sons b-day. AHHHHHH! But no seriously I feel a lot better now that I'm not putting so much pressure on myself to be perfect. I'm just naturally going with the flow, eating what I feel best eating(raw foods)most of the time, and letting myself have a treat on a special occasion with my family. This is how I always wanted to be. This is how I feel best.
