You would be "MUCH" Better off to increase your Kelp along with the Lime water in the drinks, than to take the Baking soda!
You may have been better off to not have done your Flushes which you did, because they may have pulled more Alkaline Minerals out of your body than you were supplying !
You say you eat no meat?
You may want to try something before you say -no- and then make judgement about the results which take place, so that you do not prevent you from helping your self because of some preconcieved ideas, you may have?
Please try eating some Wild Alaskan salmon or sardines in the middle of the day, so as to provide enough time for proper Digestion before Bedtime, and see , if this does not help you out!
Do "NOT" do "ANY" more flushes, you may do enamas for your colon if you may choose, but do "NOT" do any more flushes!
These Flushes you have been doing may have removed too much Alkaline Minerals from your body!
The Alkalizing drinks and the small pinch of Epsom salt with each meal may solve any Protein toxicity over the long run and may be much more Gentle on the body, than what you have attempted to do with the flushes, which may have caused so many of your immediate problems to come about!
The Lime water must be taken with the drink with the Blackstrap Molasses and ACV or Lemon juice in it and with Kelp, for the best results!
Do "NOT" take the Lime water by it's self!
The baking soda is "ONLY" a short term crutch to use!
And taking too much baking soda can make your body become too Acidic, between the time of taking it and before you take it again, because it is not supplying all of what your body needs to raise your pH and to stablize it as so!
The CH and the kelp with the drink, may be much Better to use in the short run and the long run!
