I'm far from an expert, but I have been doing nearly daily coffee enemas (only coffee from sawilsons.com and water I distill myself from well water) since last December. I don't know about the worms, but I've read of two people who did coffee enemas every day for over 40 years. Dr. Kelley (http://www.drkelley.com/) is one, and the other was from this forum. I think they are a wonderful thing to do, and the more strange stuff that came out the more I'd want to do it. It was around 6 months before only coffee came back out.
