Re: What's YOUR favourite antifungal

Hi
I take 1 tablespoon Caprylic acid, ( a little more than some recommend), 1 tablespoon liquid Bentonite, and 1 heaping teaspoon of psyllium seeds and husks. I mix it in a jar and drink it fast or it will thicken too much. I take this shake in the morning upon arising. I then wait one hour and take my usual supplements along with 2 230 mg Oil of oregano capsules. I then wait for at least a half hour (when possible) and eat. I take another 1 or 2 Oil of Oregano capsules before lunch. I then take 2 more oil of oregano capsules before dinner. I try not to eat for at least a half hour (the longer the better, but it doesn't always work out) before taking 2 acidopholus before going to bed. This protocol is working, but it's taken about 2 months to really start working. (My diet is not perfect, I still eat too many carbs via potatoes). I do not eat, however, fruit or any baked products, etc. My weakness is a few too many potato chips, hashbrowns, etc. I did give up alcohol, though, which for me was quite a sacrifice. Anyway, this would probably work even better for someone who never cheats on the diet. BTW, I also get ionic footbaths which REALLY seem to be helping me cleanse more efficiently. My lymph glands are less swollen than they were before (it looks like I have mumps) since starting the footbaths. Good luck! I would definitely recommend this protocol, it costs about $90 a month or so but it is worth it.
